After learning a lot about pollination, the students pretended like they were the bees buzzing around the room helping to pollinate flowers. They picked out cheese puffs from the flower cups. It was fun for them to see their cheesy, "pollen" fingers at the very end to show the process that really goes on in nature! They also were able to dissect a real flower and observe with magnifying glasses all of the parts of the plant. Many of them were able to experience real pollen on their fingers this time.
